WHEN WE GIVE YOU OUR OLD STOVE WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?

‌When we receive a stove we assess it's operation and structure. If it does not have rust in the oven or surface imperfections then we will have it repaired.  

‌HOW IS THE STOVE RECYCLED?

‌If the stove is unable to be repaired we will dismantle it and recycle the materials. Very little of a stove cannot be recycled.

‌WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

‌We accept payment via internet banking. After a stove has been agreed upon, we will email you a tax invoice. Please advise the name you would like the invoice issued to i.e an individual or trust and the email address to send the invoice to.  Payment is to be made 7 days after installation or before.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

‌We offer a 6 month repair and parts warranty. All our stoves are merticulously checked for electrical faults and undergo a 30 point electrical check including checking each electrical components and wiring to ensure that they are in good condition. Any parts that are not working or are underperforming are replaced.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE STOVE?

‌All our stoves are throughly cleaned to a high standard. We take pride in ensuring the stoves we install are refurbished as close to factory standard. 

‌WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?


‌The price includes installation to existing and compliant wiring. Additional charges for parts or labour will be added if the wiring at the property needs to be replaced.  Most wiring is compliant. The cost also includes removal of the existing stove. Delivery to Wellington, Lower Hutt or Porirrua is included in the price. An additional charge of $40 is charged for properties in Makara, Ohariu Valley and Upper Hutt.

‌CAN WE VIEW A STOVE BEFORE PURCHASING IT?

‌Our customers are welcome to view stoves prior to purchasing it at our workshop at 7 Bute Street, Te Aro, Wellington CBD. Bute Street is a small street off the one way Vivian Street next to the Z petrol station. It is best to phone us on 0277868848 to arrange a viewing and to ensure one of the team will be available to meet you. 

‌ARE ALL THE STOVES LISTED IN THE SHOP ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE?


‌We list stoves elsewhere and therefore, not all of the stoves listed on the store page are available. We usually have a stove that we can prepare for you in stock to meet your requirements and usually we can provide this within a week.
